  1. I was able to view and open your Lesson Plan and Observation and view the video. I have not dived into all of this yet, but will over the weekend. However, it looks as though you are missing a few items....

    Inventory of Assessments
Formal Assessment Report (you should have gotten one from Karla if you don't have one of you own)

Work on getting those on the blog as well.

  2. Thanks for getting me those missing pieces: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rWjo652mI6mo-ZHdVWEZsuBrGhkopokEfEq07OazVKQ/edit?usp=sharing

Your Assessment Report is very detailed and through. Nice work with this. This is exactly the level of depth you would need for initial/reevaluation. In some cases, you will want more formalized assessment data, but that's not always possible.

For the Assessments Used in your Setting- You did a great job explaining the roles and responsibility of various staff members regarding the specific assessment area, but we were looking for an actual list of assessments you had available to you in each area. For example: In the area of Performance Review, you may have STAR or MAP Testing, Fountas and Pinnell Guided Reading Inventories, SRI scores, etc. For Auditory Assessments you might list: TAPS, SPICE, the ASA, Auditory Skill Checklist, etc.

Are you able to go back in and add some the the materials you have access to?

You're lesson, like the evaluation report is very well thought out. It's clear you took the time to not only create and develop the content, but tied it to IEP goals and CCSS. Your reflections along the right side are very detailed. Nice job with this.
